Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking for the relief of issuance of writ of mandamus to direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents to consider the petitioner's representations dated 22.11.2014 regarding pension and gratuity payment of petitioner's husband Mr.Palani since 28.05.2005 along with arrears pending with respondents wtihin a stipulated time fixed by this Court.

ORDER
The petitioner - Ms.Thara @ Ansar Bee, whose husband - Mr.Palani, having died on 28.05.2005 due to heart attack when he https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
was working as a conductor with the 2nd respondent Corporation, has made a representation on 22.11.2004 to the respondents seeking pension and gratuity benefits, As the same has not been considered till date, the petitioner has come to this Court by filing writ petition for issuance of a direction to the respondents to consider the said representation.
2. Heard, Mr.R.Vijayakumar, learned Additional Government pleader who takes notice for respondent No.1 and Mr.P.Kannan Kumar, learned counsel, who takes notice for respondents No.2 and 3.
3. Consdiering the limited prayer made by the petitioner, without going into the merits of the matter, respondents No.2 and 3 are directed to consider the representation dated 22.11.2014 made by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
