Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the entire records relating to the order of 1st respondent vide Na.Ka.No.10848/ma.va.mey/2013-14 dated 19.11.2014 and quash the same and consequently direct the 1st respondent to restore the previous salary and other remuneration along with back wages and all other benefits since 19.10.2013 to till date. The petitioner, without approaching the revisional authority under Section 153 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act, has come to this Court, challenging the impugned order Na.Ka.No.10848/ma.va.mey/2013-14 dated 19.11.2014, issued by the Managing Director cum Disciplinary Officer, the Tamil Nadu State Apex Co-operative Bank Ltd., Chennai/the first respondent herein.

2.However, today learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the appropriate authority. 3.In view of the same, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to approach the appropriate authority, in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, connected W.M.P. is also dismissed.
