The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 326(a) & 303(2) of BNS, 2023, in Crime No.344 of 2025, seek anticipatory bail.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner was involved in transporting river sand in bullock cart and out of six cases registered against him, three are of a similar nature.

Considering the antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
