On 30.11.2015, the petitioner made a complaint by way of representation to the 1st respondent alleging that the Local Authority is putting up construction in his private land and also requested for issuance of patta in respect of the said land in his favour. In the said representation, the petitioner has stated that even three months before, he submitted a representation in this regard. Since no action has been taken by the respondents, pursuant to the representations made, the petitioner has come forward with the present writ petition. 2.

It appears that the representation dated 30.11.2015 has been forwarded to the 2nd respondent by the 1st respondent. Considering the same and without going into the merits of the case, the 2nd respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 30.11.2015, on merits, in accordance with law and after https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
