This application has been filed by the applicants/plaintiffs to condone the delay of 105 days in filing set aside the abatement petition caused due to the death of the sole defendant M.Rajan in the main suit viz., C.S.No.616 of 2018.

2. The other side has not raised any serious objection.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit, the nature of the suit, the number of delay and the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is allowed.
