ORDER

This application has been filed by the applicants/petitioners to reopen the plaintiff side evidence P.W.1 in O.P.No.834 of 2024. 2.

According to the petitioners, they have filed the main petition of G.W.O.P.No.834 of 2024 seeking relief for the appointment of guardian 1/3

for the minor child, namely, G. Keerthana. After marking the documents, they have traced out some additional documents, and those documents are very essential to prove the case. Therefore, they have filed three applications, to reopen the evidence of P.W.1, to recall the evidence of P.W.1 and to mark additional documents.

Heard the learned counsel for the applicants/petitioners. There are no respondents in this application.

Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application, and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicants/petitioners, in order to give a fair chance to the applicants, this application deserves to be allowed.

Accordingly, this application is allowed.
