PRAYER This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Mandamus, to direct the 1 st respondent to permit the petitioner to remit the sum determined in terms of Section 7A order dated 04.04.2025 in Proceedings No.CB/ ROSLM/ COMP-I/35321/S-2/7A proceeding/2025 in 25 equated monthly instalments and further permit the petitioner to operate its bank account maintained with the 2nd respondent, Bank of India, Salem Branch bearing A/c No.800830100001067 with immediate effect.

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Mandamus, to direct the 1 st respondent to permit the petitioner to remit the sum determined in terms of Section 7A order dated 04.04.2025 in Proceedings No.CB/ ROSLM/ COMP-I/35321/S-2/7A proceeding/2025 in 25 equated monthly instalments and further permit the petitioner to operate its bank account maintained with the 2nd respondent, Bank of India, Salem Branch bearing A/c No.800830100001067 with immediate effect.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the first respondent.
3. During the course of arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner/Company is ready to make the payment of the entire amount of Rs.40,14,688/-, however, reasonable time may be granted. This Court proposed that the entire amount has to be paid within twelve months, for which the petitioner's counsel accepted the same.
4. Keeping in view of the acceptance of the petitioner, the entire amount payable by the petitioner which is a sum of Rs.40,14,688/-, shall be paid in th of every month.
twelve(12) equated monthly installments before 7 5.If the petitioner fails to pay any of the installments every month, the respondent is at liberty to take steps for recovery in accordance with law.
