ORDER

This miscellaneous petition was filed in the year 2019. Thereafter, notice of motion was ordered by this court by directing the parties to maintain status quo as on date and posted the matter after eight weeks. Thereafter, the matter has been adjourned on two occasions and the same has been kept pending without any interim order, till this date. In the said circumstances, no useful purpose will be served in keeping this petition pending at this length of time.

2. In view of the above, the status quo shall be maintained till the disposal of the Appeal.
