This Civil Revision Petition is filed in the year 2017, and the same was admitted on 19.07.2017. Thereafter, the matter was listed for a couple of occasions. Subsequently, the matter is listed today (i.e. 08.09.2021). Even on the last occasion (12.08.2021) and today (08.09.2021), none appeared on behalf of the revision petitioner. However, the learned counsel for the respondents is present. Thus, it shows that the revision petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case.

2. Therefore, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No Costs. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
