This Application has been filed to condone the delay of 154 days in filing the above captioned C.M.A against the decree and judgment passed in MCOP.No.118 of 2021, dated 22.01.2022 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Additional District judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Nagapattinam.

2.Mr.S.R.Sundar, learned counsel takes notice for the contesting 4th respondent and submitted that he has no serious objections in allowing the present petition. Though the other respondents have been served no one has entered appearance on their behalf. 3.Heard both sides.

4.Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and also the fact that the contesting 4th respondent has no serious objection in allowing the present petition and being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned. Hence, this application is ordered as prayed for.

5.Registry is directed to number the C.M.A., if it is otherwise in order and the list the same in due course.
