2.Heard the learned counsel for petitioner.

3.It is found that Mr.N.Bhuvaneswaran, learned counsel filed vakalat for the respondent, but there is no representation for the respondent. For rendering substantial justice, this Court feels that delay to be condoned.

4.Accordingly, the delay stands condoned and the petition is ordered.
