By consent of both the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as respondents, this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.
2. The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the 1st respondent to measure her property comprised in Survey No.683/7 situated at Veeragamur South Village, Thalaivasal Taluk and Salem District by considering the petitioner's online application dated 10.09.2024.
3. It is the case of the petitioner that the above mentioned property belongs to petitioner's husband Murugesan under registered release deed dated 02.07.2019. The revenue document of the above mentioned property stands in the name of the petitioner's husband viz., Murugesan. 2/5
The petitioner submitted an online application dated 10.09.2024 seeking survey of the above mentioned property and the same has not been considered. Hence, she is before this Court.
4. The learned Additional Government Pleader, who is taking notice for the respondents submits that the online application of the petitioner will be considered on it's own merits.

In view of the same, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to issue direction to the 1st respondent to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 10.09.2024 and pass final orders on its' own merits within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner and other interested parties.
6. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
