ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for non compliance of the order dated 24.04.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No.21614 of 2024, thereby directing the respondents to consider re-routing of 11 Kv high tension transmission line by alternative route, if the petitioner is willing to share the cost of the work. 2.

The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, the petitioner paid all the necessary charges for heightening the transmission line and the respondents have heightened the high-tension transmission line without hindrance to the petitioner.

Recording the above submissions, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
