Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus , directing the respondents to pay the gratuity, Family Pension Arrears, Family Pension, Pay Commission Arrears with 18 % interest from the date of death of petitioner's husband to the petitioner.

before this Court to assist the learned counsel appearing for the respondents along with the files.
2.The services of the writ petitioner has been regularised by the respondent in proceedings dated 28.02.2006 and the benefit of regularisation was granted from 28.02.2006 onwards. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents states that since the writ petitioner was appointed on 28.02.2006, she is eligible to get the Contributory Pension Scheme Benefits. Accordingly, the benefits as applicable were settled to the writ petitioner. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the writ petitioner made a submission that the writ petitioner is willing to withdraw the writ petition. Thus, the writ petitioner is permitted to withdraw the writ petition. 3.Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs in the writ petition.
