ORDER

This writ petition had been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to relieve the petitioner from the post of Accountant Mayiladuthurai Municipality to enable the Petitioner to join the post of Manager Tharapuram Municipality as per order of transfer issued by 1st respondent in Na.Ka.No. 2243/2016/ K1 dated 04/04/2017 immediately, based on the request letter submitted by the petitioner dated 10.04.2017.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
