This contempt petition has been filed praying to punish the respondent for the wilful disobedience of the order of this Court made in W.P.No.11159 of 2025 dated 04.04.2025.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the written instructions received from the Tahsildar, Cheyyar was placed before this Court. On going through the same, it is seen that the survey has been conducted on 15.09.2025 and the report was also placed before this Court.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that after the survey, it comes to light that the statue is inside the property belonging to the petitioner.

4. Insofar as the removal of the statue from the premise is concerned, it is left open to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
