Reference may be made to the order dated 17.01.2018 and it is represented by the learned counsels for the parties that the proceedings before the Additional Family Court, Coimbatore in H.M.O.P.No.1090 of 2016 has concluded in a decree of divorce. A report has been filed by the Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Coimbatore, from which, it is seen that in spite of the
directions issued by the Court, both the parties to the proceedings were taking adjournments by turns. Ultimately, it appears that the Court fixed a pre-emptive date and it is only thereafter, the parties have appeared and filed the petition for grant of divorce by mutual consent. In the light of the subsequent development, no further orders are required in this contempt petition and accordingly, the same is closed.
