This petition has been filed to relax the condition in Para No.7 (b) imposed on the petitioner shall report before the learned Session Judge Fast Track Mahila Court, Thiruvarur at 10.30a.m., on all working days until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.13729 of 2023 dated 21.06.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall continue the said condition till the victim child and the mother is examined and cross examined and thereafter, condition would be relaxed. But, however directing the petitioner to appear during the court hearing dates.
