The learned District Munsif, Harur has sent a requisition for extension of time. A perusal of the order in CRP.PD No.3347 of 2019, dated 08.06.2023, there is no time limit was stipulated for disposal of the suit. Nonetheless, learned District Munsif feels that within a period of six months, she will dispose of the suit.

Acceding to her request, there shall be a direction to the learned District Munsif, Harur, to dispose of O.S.No.78 of 2018 within a period of six months from today.
