JUDGMENT

This petition has been filed by the petitioner praying this Court to punish the respondent for wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P. No.17345 of 2023 dated 12.6.2023.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied with.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission as to compliance, this contempt petition stands closed. Consequently, the Sub Application (OS) No.750 of 2023 stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. 03.11.2023 Index : Yes / No NHS
