This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.16973 of 2023 dated 16.08.2023 on condition that the petitioners shall report before the Pallakarai Police Station on every day at 10.30a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the 1st, 2nd and 3rd petitioners shall appear before the respondent Police on everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and the fourth petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police once in a week i.e., on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
