This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 03.08.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.17717 of 2023 to report before the respondent police on every Tuesday and Sunday at 10.30 a.m. until completion of trial proceedings and he shall also appear before the trail court for every hearing without fail.

Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the I Additional District Judge and Principal Special Court under E.C & NDPS Act, Chennai, everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of 10 days and thereafter, the I Additional District Judge and Principal Special Court under E.C & NDPS Act, Chennai, may impose necessary conditions, if required, according to the circumstances.
