Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of Writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondents 1 and 2 from allotting the ramp Shops near the gate No.5 as small shops situated in Koyambedu Wholesale Market Complex, Chennai contrary to the orders of this Hon'ble Court in Writ Petition No.3832 of 2006 dated 04.01.2011 to the respondents 3 to 28 or any other third party without issuing paper publication for allotment.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) We are in seizin of the same dispute, which is now sought to be again raised in this Public Interest Litigation.

2. We are not inclined to have multiplicity of proceedings and thus, close the writ petition. No costs. Consequently, WMP.No.6392 of 2016 is also closed.
