The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the convict returned back to the prison and the order has been complied with.

2.In view of the above, no further orders are required.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the purpose has not been achieved in view of the presence of escort. Therefore, liberty may be given to file a fresh petition for continuation of the treatment at Chennai. We are not inclined to say anything on this except giving liberty to the petitioner to file such a petition As and when such a petition is filed, the same will be decided on its own merits.
