(Order of the Court was made by M. M. SUNDRESH,J.) The present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to produce the body of the detenue namely Mrs. Sugunadevi aged about 38 years, wife of the petitioner, before this Hon'ble Court and set her at liberty. 2.
We have perused the additional status report filed. On a perusal of the same, we find that the investigation is still going on and the detenue is said to be suffering from mental illness for the past 3 years.

In such view of the matter, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed. However, investigation can go on and liberty is given to the petitioner to file a fresh petition if the detenue is not able to be secured even after further investigation.
