As per the order of this Court dated 25.09.2023, the petitioners have filed this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition seeking to implead the State represented by the Inspector of Police (Crime), G3, Kilpauk Police Station, Chennai-10 as second respondent in the above Crl.R.C.No.1394 of and Crl.M.P.No.11904 of 2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel for petitioners.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed.
