The Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent not to terminate the e-auction in favour of the petitioner bearing Lot. No.ADVT MAS TBM OSN 238-23-1 and bearing asset code ADVT MAS TBM OSN 23823-1 till the pending decision in the letter dated 11.09.2024 issued by the second respondent.

2. The petitioner had made a representation on 04.09.2024 for waiver of license fee, which was not considered by the respondents. Hence, the present petition.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court may direct the respondents to consider the petitioners representation dated 04.09.2024 and pass appropriate orders within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the representation will be considered and orders will be passed within the time frame as fixed by this Court.

5. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the limited request sought for by the petitioner, this Court directs the first respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation on 04.09.2024 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
