This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 154 days in filing the appeal against the Judgment and Decree made in M.C.O.P.No.112 of 2021 dated 22.01.2022 on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Additional District Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Nagapattinam.

2.1st respondent has been served with notice and the name has also been printed in the cause list. 3rd respondent has been served with Notice and is represented through counsel. 4th respondent has also been served with notice and the name has been printed in the cause list. 2nd respondent has not been served with notice. However, 2nd respondent remained exparte before the Tribunal and therefore, the notice to 2nd respondent is dispensed with. 3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for 3rd respondent and perused the records.

4.Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the miscellaneous petition is allowed and the delay of 154 days is condoned.
