This petition has been filed to modify the condition laid down by this Court requiring the respondents/accused A2 Ganesan, A3 Tan Ching Kun and A4 Mahendran to appear before the I.O. every day, as to the respondent/accused may be lodged in Special Camp for Refugees, Trichy. 2.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that already this Court imposed a condition (b) that after release of the petitioners on bail, the petitioners have to appear before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 am until further orders and other conditions. But, the Government has passed G.O.(1D) No.414 dated 18.09.2024 issued by Publin (Foreigners-III) Department, directing all the four Malaysian nationals including A2 to A4 to be lodged in the Special Camp at Tiruchirapalli. Therefore, the above said condition imposed has to be modified. 3.

Considering the representations made by either side and considering the reasons stated in the affidavit and the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to relax the above said condition imposed on the petitioners that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 am until further orders and in other aspects, the conditions imposed by this Court remain intact.
