This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 158 days in filing the Criminal Revision Petition against the orders passed in RCS No.54/2020 in Cr.No.754 of 2013 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Gingee.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed along with the petition, this Court is inclined to allow the petition.

3. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
