ORDER
This matter is listed under the caption "For issuance of Patta" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents submits that the petitioner's application was considered and Patta was issued in favour of the petitioner and the learned counsel for the petitioner also ratifies the same.
3. In view of the above submission, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter. Hence, this Writ Petition stands closed granting liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
