ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records relating to the order dated 20.12.2023 passed by the 2nd respondent in A.P.No.10 of 2018 and partly quash the same as illegal with respect to the findings on the issue Nos.1, 2 and 3.

2. When the matter was taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the above submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw this Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
