Today, when the matter is listed under the caption 'For Issuance of Patta', the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the petitioner's representation dated 17.09.2022 for issuance of patta has been considered and Patta has been granted in favour of the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner also ratifies the same.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, no further adjudication is required in the present Writ Petition. Hence the Writ Petition stands closed.
