Mr.R.P.Muruganraja, learned Government Advocate takes notice for respondents 1 to 7. By consent of both the parties the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage, itself.

2. The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing respondents 1 to 7 to consider his representation dated 12.09.2023, wherein and whereby he sought for re-survey the schedule mentioned property comprised in Survey No.1065/5 and 1065/6A for an extent of 4 1/2 cents in Patta No.1030, situated at No.68, Athur 'B' Block, Thimmavaram, Chengalpattu Taluk and District and correct the measurement in the FMB Sketch. The grievance of the petitioner is that the said representation is not yet considered by them.

3. Therefore, without expressing any view on the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of, only by directing the fourth respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 12.09.2023 and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the Pg.Nos.3/6

interested parties, including the eight respondent, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
