The suit had been filed seeking a direction to pay damages as against the 1st defendant and for a direction against the 2nd and 3rd defendants to take down according to the plaintiff, materials which had been put up in the net channels.

2. The 2nd and 3rd defendants are carrying out business outside the jurisdiction of this Court. Since, some part of cause of action had fallen within the jurisdiction of this Court, leave is sought.

3. Leave is granted. The application stands allowed. Registry to number the suit if it is otherwise in order.
