This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for their willful and deliberate disobedience in non compliance of the order of this Court dated 04.04.2024 passed in W.P.No.25693 of 2022.

2. On perusal of the order of this Court dated 04.04.2024, it is found

that this Court has given some findings, but have not given any specific directions to the concerned authorities. Therefore, this Court is of the view that no contempt is made out, since there is no disobedience of the order passed by this Court.
