ORDER

(Order of the Court was delivered by The Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice) The writ petition is directed against the impugned order passed by the Debt Recovery Tribunal, Coimbatore, in I.A.No.3998 of 2022 in S.A.No.956 of 2022, dated 14.10.2022.

2. As against the order passed by the DRT, Coimbatore, the petitioner has an effective alternative remedy before the Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal (DRAT). Therefore, on this score, we are not inclined to entertain the writ petition and accordingly, it is dismissed. He can file an appeal against the impugned order before the DRAT, if he is so advised. No Costs.
