ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case on the petitioner's complaint dated 19.08.2022 and file a final report before the concerned Court within a stipulated time in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an auction purchaser for the landed property through the auction purchase from the Asset Recovery Agent for Karur Vysya Bank; despite she had exercised due diligence, the erstwhile owner of the property who had availed loan from the Bank is giving troubles to the petitioner, whenever she goes to the site and undertakes some action; a complaint has been given in this regard and in which, so far the second respondent did not register an FIR and take appropriate action.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that on

the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry has been initiated in C.No.4822 of 2022; if the petitioner co-operates with the police for completing enquiry, the enquiry can be completed.

5. Since the second respondent police had initiated enquiry proceedings, I feel it is appropriate to direct the second respondent to complete the enquiry and do the needful in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to co-operate with the second respondent police for enquiry.

6. With the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed.
