These petitions have been filed seeking condonation of delay of 532 days in filing a petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 2nd respondent in the appeal, to set aside the abatement and to bring on record the respondents 20 to 32 as legal representatives of the deceased 2nd respondent.

2.Mr.N.S.Suganthan, learned counsel has entered appearance for respondents 20, 21 to 32. Notice sent to the 21st respondent has been returned as 'unclaimed'. Hence, service is deemed sufficient. 3.Accepting the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petitions, these petitions are ordered, the delay of 532 days in filing a petition to set aside the abatement is condoned, abatement is set aside and the respondents 20 to 32 are brought on record as legal representatives of the deceased 2nd respondent and ranked as respondents 11 to 23 in the appeal.
