The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ 1/3

of Mandamus directing the respondent herein to allot a house to the petitioner at Nochi Nagar, Marina Scheme in the houses which are vacant without allotting to anyone under the Tsunami Relief Scheme. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that during the pendancy of this writ petition, allotment order was passed in favour of the petitioner and hence nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
