This petition has been filed to transpose the Criminal Revision Petition i.e.Crl.R.C.No.819 of 2018 pending on the file of this Hon'ble Court as Criminal Appeal and set aside the order of acquittal dated 29.06.2016 in C.C.No.140 of 2012 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tindivanam.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, filed in support of this petition, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.

3. Registry is directed to convert the Criminal Revision as Criminal Appeal and post the matter on 23.11.2022, before the concerned Court.
