A.No.5571 of 2023 in C.S.No.456 of 2019 N.SATHISH KUMAR.J This application has been filed seeking leave to permit the applicant to mark the certified copy of the reply filed by the applicant in another proceedings and the Order dated 17.12.2015 passed thereon by the Special Judge, Patiala House, New Delhi.

2. Considering the nature of documents sought to be marked and the fact that the documents sought to be marked are the documents in another proceedings, certified copies of the documents shall be received subject to proof and relevancy and it is for the respondents to raise their objection with regard to relevancy.

3. The registry is directed to print name of counsel appearing for the first and second defendants in the cause list post before the Additional Master II for recording evidence on 07.11.2023.
