The petitioner has filed this Writ petition for consideration of her application dated 22.09.2022 before the second respondent for issuance of patta.

2. Today, when the matter is listed under the caption 'For Issuance of Patta', the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the petitioner's application dated 22.09.2022 for issuance of patta has been considered, and Patta has been granted in favour of the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner also ratifies the same.
