ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to directing the third respondent to survey the land of the petitioners situated in Plot No's 5, 6 and 11 admeasuring an extent of 7990 sq.ft in aggregate comprised in Survey No.72/2A, 72/2B1 in Mugalivakkam Village, Alandur Taluk, Chennai District (then Sriperampudur Taluk, Kanchipuram District) as per the representation of the first petitioner dated 15.10.2022 addressed to the second respondent.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the

3 W.P.No.30008 of 2022 first petitioner made an application/representation dated 15.10.2022 before the respondents, to survey the aforesaid properties. Pursuant to the direction of this Court, the petitioners' representation has been considered and the respondents passed an order on 14.11.2022.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate, no further order is necessary and accordingly this Writ Petition is closed.
