appeal filed by the petitioner dated 28.10.2022, which appeal came to be filed by the petitioner challenging the order passed by the second Respondent/RDO and pass orders.

By the consent of both the parties this writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The case of the petitioner is that he was in possession and enjoyment of the subject property. The grievance of the petitioner is that the Revenue officials issued a joint patta in the name of the petitioner's father Raghava Reddy, Ponnusamy, Kannayira Reddy and Subba Reddy who have no right over the subject property. Hence the petitioner made a representation to rectify the error before the Revenue authorities and also filed a W.P.No.12229 of 2022 and this Court by an order dated 06.05.2022 directed the Revenue Divisional Officer to consider the petitioner's representation and pass orders. Pursuant to which the 2/5

impugned order has been passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer on 07.10.2022 wherein petitioner's claim was not considered, however liberty granted to the petitioner to file an Revision before the District Revenue Officer and the petitioner also filed an appeal. However the same was not disposed till date. Hence this petition.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the it would suffice, if this Court issues direction to the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's Revision dated 28.10.2022 within a reasonable time fixed by this Court.

4. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the official respondents submitted that the orders will be passed in the Revision filed by the petitioner as early as possible.

5. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

6. In view of the above, this Court directs directs the first 3/5

respondent to dispose the Revision filed by the petitioner on merits and in accordance within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after affording an opportunity to the petitioner as well as the counter parties, if any.

7. With the above terms, this present writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
