This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction directing the respondent to consider the representations dated 01.09.2022 and 10.10.22 and to further direct the respondent to return the Fixed Deposit amount made on 31.07.2013.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition.
