Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, 1950, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Fifth Respondent to take appropriate action as per the direction in Na.Ka. No. 0424/2023/A3 dated 28.04.2023 of the Fourth Respondent and submit his detailed report after conducting a field inspection regarding the allegations contained in the representation dated 17.01.2023 of the Petitioner within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court.

The Writ Petition has been filed for directing the Fifth Respondent to take appropriate action as per the instructions in Proceedings in Na. Ka. No. 0424/2023/A3 dated 28.04.2023 from the Fourth Respondent and submit his detail report after conducting field inspection regarding the allegations contained in the representation dated 17.01.2023 made by the Petitioner. 3.

Learned Counsel for the Fifth Respondent, on instructions, states that action has been taken on the aforesaid representation made by the Petitioner and he has made an endorsement to that effect in the court record. In view of the same, nothing remains for further consideration in the matter, but if the Petitioner still has any further grievance, he is not precluded from working out his remedies before the proper forum in the manner recognized by law. In fine, the Writ Petition is disposed with the aforesaid observations. No costs.
