This petition is filed to condone the delay of 162 days in filing the above revision. 2.The contention of the learned counsel for petitioner is that petitioner/A4 filed a discharge petition, which was not properly considered and dismissed by the Lower Court, against which, the present revision is filed with a delay.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in this case already charges framed and the case is posted for trial on 09.10.2024.

4.It is made clear that the trial can proceed. In any event, for considering the petitioner's submission, the delay stands condoned and the petition is ordered.
