This writ petition has been listed today under the caption 'For Clarification' at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. Mr.M.Gnanasekar learned counsel for the petitioner has pointed out that, the exact land where the temple has been constructed is Government Natham land which has been in possession and enjoyment of the petitioner. That position has to be clarified as, in Para 3 of the order dated 30.11.2022, based on the representation already made during the hearing, it has been recorded as if that the temple was constructed in the land belonging to the petitioner and the similar content has been made in Para 15 of the order also.

3. Having considered the submission made by the learned counsel for the parties, this Court is inclined to give the following clarification.

In Para 3 of the order dated 30.11.2022 in lines 1 and 2 " It is the further claim of the petitioner that the temple was constructed in the land belonging to the petitioner..." shall be replaced with the following sentence "in the Natham land which has been in possession and enjoyment of the petitioner".

5. Similarly, in Para 15 of the order in line 2 "that the temple constructed in the land belonging to the petitioner," shall be replaced with the following sentence., "the temple constructed in the Natham land which has been in possession and enjoyment of the petitioner."
