Cholamandalam Ms General Insurance Company Limited v. Minor Kireshika
C.M.P.No.957 of 2023 in C.M.A.SR.No.122874 of 2022 N.MALA,J, This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 154 days in filing the above appeal against the order dated 22.01.2022 made in M.C.O.P.No.130 of 2021, on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Additional District Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Nagapattinam.
2.Mr.S.R.Sundar, the learned counsel takes notice for the third respondent. The second respondent remained ex-parte in the Court below. Though, notice was served to the fourth respondent, he has not appeared in person or through counsel before the Court.
4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. The learned counsel for the third respondent submits that he has no objection.
5. Upon hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 154 days is condoned.
Accordingly, this CMP is ordered.
